A big advantage of this method is that the product remains flat until the final production stage. This allows us to offer more enhancement options, such as embossing and die-cutting. We wrap the cardboard with print first, allowing further enhancements while it’s still flat.
In the traditional method, the box or lid is first shaped and then wrapped. This results in rounded corners, and embossing is not an option. Another advantage of wrapping first and then gluing is the option to leave one or two sides unglued. These sides unfold when the packaging is opened, delivering a unique unboxing experience.
